Professional Experience:
I am a development sector professional with over 16 years of experience in program management, education, community development, sustainable livelihoods, and team leadership. I have worked with organizations including Sesame Workshop India Trust, Bharti Foundation, Mentor Together, ArtSpark, HDFC Bank, and IT for Change.
In my current role as Project Coordinator at Sesame Workshop India Trust, I coordinate the Mera Planet Mera Ghar (MPMG) program across 25 low-income schools, including 20 low-cost private schools and 5 aided schools. My responsibilities include program planning and implementation, teacher training, school visits, stakeholder coordination, budget planning, monitoring, assessment, data management, and progress reporting.
My previous experience includes supervising and supporting field teams, recruiting and training facilitators, coordinating mentor–mentee programs, organizing life-skills workshops, and strengthening school-level implementation. I have also contributed to curriculum and content development, program evaluation, and coordination with education departments for program approvals.
In community development and sustainable livelihoods, I have supported the formation and strengthening of over 60 Self-Help Groups (SHGs), providing training in financial literacy, bank account management, group management, and sustainable livelihood practices. My banking and microfinance experience includes loan monitoring and maintaining a 100% On-Time Repayment Ratio (OTRR).
I possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, data management, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, budget tracking, report writing, documentation, and presentation preparation. I have experience coordinating with government officials, school leaders, teachers, funders, community members, and field teams to achieve program objectives.
With a Master of Social Work (MSW) qualification and extensive field experience, I am seeking managerial opportunities in program management, education, CSR, and community development where I can apply my leadership, technical, and coordination skills to deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable social impact.
