Professional Experience:

Communication and Development Coordinator, Mohanpura–Kundalia Major Irrigation Project (Government of Madhya Pradesh), Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh - Presently working on project impact assessment, field research, and development communication related to water, agriculture, and socio-economic outcomes. Designing and conducting field surveys using digital survey tools, while developing research frameworks, survey instruments, and data-collection methodologies. Managing project communication through the development of marketing and communication assets, including presentations, reports, infographics, social media content, and videos. Coordinating with government officials, consultants, field teams, journalists, media, and influencers, while developing data-driven impact stories highlighting agricultural, socio-economic, and technical outcomes.

PGDM in Rural Management (2024–2026), Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) - Gained multidisciplinary exposure to rural development, socio-economic impact assessment, marketing, finance, HR, consulting, and sales through diverse course modules and practical assignments. As part of the Village Fieldwork Segment, spent around two months living and working in a rural community, gaining first-hand understanding of the socio-economic conditions, livelihoods, and challenges of rural India. The programme also helped develop skills in field research, data analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment.
