Professional Experience:
have spent my career learning how to connect data analytics, process optimisation, and sustainable business practices. I am deeply passionate about Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives. To advance these goals, I combine a highly technical approach with practical management frameworks to solve complex corporate challenges. My academic background includes an MSc in Innovation Management from the University of Manchester and a bachelor's degree in Apparel Production. This unique combination gives me the strategic foresight to design scalable corporate solutions and the hands-on industrial knowledge required to execute them effectively in the real world.
Most recently, I worked as a Strategy Project Manager at Blackmont Consultancy, where I managed two major client engagements. For a technology client focused on regional expansion, I coordinated a cross-functional team of eight people and maintained strict milestone tracking to achieve complete on-time delivery. I conducted extensive market research and combined qualitative findings from stakeholder interviews into clear, executive-ready strategic roadmaps that directly supported senior leadership in their investment decisions. Alongside this, I led a strategic project for BInternz, a recruiting firm dedicated specifically to internship placements. For BInternz, I mapped their existing operational workflows, identified critical process gaps, and delivered optimised hiring frameworks to help successfully scale their business.
Recognising how rapidly artificial intelligence is changing corporate strategy, I also took on a role as an AI Consultant with Outlier AI. There, I applied rigorous quality assurance standards to large language model training datasets. By using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, I ensured that AI outputs aligned with strict safety, ethical, and logical guidelines. To further build my technical toolkit, I completed the McKinsey Forward program, earning specialised certifications in Digital GenAI and Prompt Engineering. These experiences have equipped me to use automation and advanced AI tools to streamline complex data processing and modern corporate reporting.
Before moving into consulting, I spent over two years at Ralph Lauren India as an operations and production merchandiser, and the role required analysing a lot of data both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this position, I analysed structural bottlenecks across more than 300,000 units of performance data. By implementing targeted process corrections, I helped unlock a 26% year-over-year improvement in our delivery pipelines. Beyond daily operational efficiency, I actively contributed to the company's circular economy goals by researching and evaluating sustainable clean-tech and textile recycling startups for the Global Innovation Team. I also managed critical stakeholder communications among four international vendors during a major enterprise platform rollout involving systems such as SAP and o9, ensuring seamless change management across a complex global network.
My foundation in business process improvement began during my time at Fabindia. Using rigorous root cause analysis frameworks such as the Ishikawa method, I diagnosed systemic operational losses across 96 distribution nodes. I designed updated inventory deployment models that drastically improved store service levels. I also built executive-facing Tableau dashboards to track key risk indicators and present weekly performance updates to senior leadership.
Ultimately, my career is defined by a commitment to driving impactful and sustainable change. Whether I am modelling macroeconomic data in R, optimising global supply chains, or structuring new ESG strategies, I bring a structured problem-solving mindset and a modern technical toolkit to every organisational challenge I undertake.
