Professional Experience:
An Agriculture & Livelihoods Professional with experience in promoting sustainable and climate-resilient farming practices among communities. I have worked closely with farmers, community institutions, and organizations to design and implement impactful programs that strengthen agricultural livelihoods and foster community empowerment.
My work spans training design, content development, and field coordination. I have developed agriculture-related content for LMS platforms, designed practical training materials (PoPs, awareness modules, etc.), and conducted capacity-building sessions for farmers, CRPs, trainers, students as well as teachers. Facilitated collaborations with government bodies, NGOs, and local institutions, building strong partnerships to amplify impact.
Beyond field implementation, I actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth—mentoring new team members, participating in internal and external training programs, and ensuring that sustainable agriculture interventions are inclusive, scalable, and effective.
