I wanted to briefly share a summary of my work experience and request you to kindly review my profile once.
I have over 17 years of experience working in rural development, livelihood promotion, and large-scale project implementation. My work has primarily focused on project management, networking with government and private sector organizations, skill development programs, and capacity building of community institutions.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively on skill development, training, and capacity-building initiatives for farmers, women entrepreneurs, youth, NGOs, and community-based organizations. I have been involved in designing and implementing Skill Development Programs, Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDP), digital literacy, financial literacy, and livelihood promotion activities. Through these efforts, I have supported more than 6,000 individuals in improving their skills, livelihoods, and access to economic opportunities.
Currently, I am working as State Team Lead at PriMove India, managing livelihood and enterprise development programs across Maharashtra in partnership with MSRLM. My role includes strengthening SHGs, FPOs, and rural enterprises through cluster development, skill development, market linkages, value chain development, and digital marketplace integration.
Earlier, I worked with Reliance Foundation as part of the State Technical Team, where I contributed to agriculture development, watershed programs, natural resource management, skill development initiatives, and financial inclusion under CSR projects.
My core experience areas include project management, networking with government and private organizations, skill development, capacity building of institutions, entrepreneurship promotion, cluster development, and market linkage development. Key highlights of my experience include supporting 13+ FPOs, 2,000+ SHGs, 300+ women-led enterprises, and 10,000+ farmers; facilitating the development and market linkage of 9,000+ products; strengthening 30 commodity clusters; developing 50+ model villages; promoting 3,000+ hectares under micro-irrigation; implementing watershed and natural resource management interventions; leading integrated value chain development and market linkage initiatives; and building the capacities of 6,000+ individuals through skill development, entrepreneurship development, digital literacy, financial inclusion, and *women's economic empowerment programmes across 34 districts
