Professional Experience:
I have extensive experience in project management and community development, with a strong focus on field implementation, stakeholder engagement and programme coordination. In my current role as a Project Manager, I manage community-based development initiatives, coordinate with government departments and local stakeholders, lead field teams, conduct capacity-building activities and monitor project progress. My experience includes community mobilisation, SHG and VWSC engagement, workshops, training, documentation, data collection, reporting and resolving field-level challenges. I have also worked closely with rural communities to facilitate participatory planning and ensure effective implementation of programme objectives.
