Professional Experience:
I am an MBBS doctor with over five years of clinical and healthcare experience, complemented by advanced training in public policy and law. My professional work sits at the intersection of medicine, public health, health systems, policy research, regulation, and healthcare operations.
Currently, I am involved in both healthcare delivery and policy-facing work. As Co-Founder of Renova Healthcare, I helped build and expand a nephrology and dialysis setup, contributing to patient care delivery, operational development, and access expansion in Madhya Pradesh. This role strengthened my understanding of healthcare management, service delivery, and patient-centered systems design.
Alongside this, my internship and research experience has given me strong exposure to policy analysis, donor and government-facing documentation, programme evaluation, and health-sector consulting. At Aarogyam, a WHO partner organization, I worked on urban air quality and respiratory health policy issues, stakeholder interviews, and policy-ready briefs. At Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, I worked on pharmaceutical market and regulatory analysis, including vaccine and GLP-1 segments. At APCRDA, I conducted field-based social audit and policy evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
I bring strong capabilities in mixed-methods research, stakeholder engagement, policy writing, data interpretation, programme evaluation, and healthcare analytics using tools such as Excel, Stata, Power BI, and Atlas.ti. I am particularly interested in roles in public health consulting, health policy, digital health, healthcare strategy, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmaceuticals, health technology assessment, and evidence-based programme implementation. I am open to opportunities with consulting firms, think tanks, development sector organizations, government-facing institutions, healthcare companies, and mission-driven health system organisations.
