Professional Experience:

With more than 16 years of experience, I have developed deep expertise in women empowerment, child education, training, capacity building, community development, CSR program management, and rural livelihood enhancement. My work centers on strengthening vulnerable communities—especially women and children—through sustainable development models, impactful learning interventions, and skill-building initiatives.

As State Head (Sales & Projects) at Dharma Life, I lead large-scale CSR programs across Gujarat with a strong focus on digital empowerment for women, menstrual hygiene education, clean energy adoption, WASH programs in schools, foundational learning support, and health & nutrition awareness for children and mothers. I have successfully trained and mentored 2,700+ rural women entrepreneurs, improving their income, confidence, and participation in economic activities. Through structured training modules and continuous capacity building, I enable women to adopt digital tools, develop life skills, and run sustainable micro-businesses.

I have led impactful education initiatives such as school WASH campaigns, digital literacy sessions for adolescent girls, community-level learning activities, and awareness programs on nutrition and hygiene for school children. These efforts have strengthened learning outcomes, improved hygiene practices, and expanded access to information for thousands of children in rural communities.

In addition, I work closely with farmers, communities, and partner organizations to promote market-linked livelihoods, FPO strengthening, and climate-resilient farming practices. My approach combines training, community mobilization, and behavior change communication to ensure long-term impact.

Earlier, as Area Manager at RML AgTech, I played a major role in farmer capacity building, organizing training sessions, awareness meetings, and outreach programs to improve farm productivity and technology adoption. I also managed government-funded projects (GGRC, GWSMA, NABARD), focusing on community empowerment, training execution, and measurable outcomes.

Across all roles, I bring strong leadership in capacity building, women-centric development, child education initiatives, training design, community engagement, and CSR strategy implementation, with a deep commitment to empowering rural communities and creating sustainable social impact.

Education:

I hold an MBA in Agriculture and Supply Chain Management from Adarsh Management Institute of India, affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Ahmedabad (2014). This program strengthened my competencies in project management, agribusiness operations, supply chain strategies, and rural development. I also hold a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University (2007), which enhanced my analytical thinking and scientific approach to problem-solving. My academic background, combined with continuous learning in areas such as education, digital literacy, WASH, health and nutrition, and livelihood enhancement, has equipped me with a strong foundation to lead large-scale programs and community-focused initiatives effectively.

Affiliations and Achievements:

I have been recognized with the Star Award (2012) and multiple quarterly performance awards for excellence in sales, outreach, and farmer engagement. Successfully led government-funded projects with GGRC, GWSMA and NABARD, delivering strong community impact and operational efficiency. Collaborated extensively with State Bank of India, conducting large-scale awareness programs and staff training sessions. Played a key role in launching commodity contracts at MCX and strengthening market participation. At Dharma Life, I have empowered 2,700+ rural entrepreneurs through training and livelihood development. I have also led impactful CSR programs in WASH, nutrition, digital literacy, and menstrual hygiene.
