I am public health professional with approx 14 years of experience in Government system alongwith national health mission.
I have a profound experience of working at block, district,division and state.
Quality assurance, Lakshya certification ,family planning,RMNCHA, monitoring and evaluation are my core strengths.
I have been national assessor for NQAS,and assessed more than 300 HCFs.
Have a direct role in managing patients and services in Covid Pandemic.
Have experience of working in rural,urban slums and urban areas.
Have a strong interpersonal skills to communicate ASHA,ANM,AWW.
Worked for 3.5 years approx at CHC level in uttarakhand as block program manager,worked for 3 approx years as district hospital quality manager at haridwar,
Worked as state consultant quality assurance Monitoring at state head quarter NHM Lucknow.
Worked as division level manager for Family planning as FPLMIS manager at Aligarh division lof uttar pradesh.
As internal assessor for uttarakhand and uttar pradesh under NQAS assessed many rural and urban facilities in both the states.
As External Quality assurance assessor have experience of passively working with National health system resource center New Delhi.
