Data Collection & Reporting: Collecting monthly and quarterly data, compiling reports as per required formats, and submitting them to the reporting authority or donor organizations. This ensures proper documentation and accountability.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating and liaising with local government bodies (like Village Development Committees, Panchayati Raj Institutions), school staff, community groups (Self-Help Groups, children's clubs), and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and community access to government entitlements and services.
