Professional Experience:

I am a development professional with over six years of experience in field research, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven program management, dedicated to creating inclusive interventions for marginalized and tribal communities.

In my previous role as a Consultant with Inclusive Minds, I drove insights for policy reforms and program improvements. My work involved developing analytical models to forecast outcomes and evaluate institutional performance to deliver actionable recommendations for strategic planning under the key themes of Social Policy, Research Methods, and Law & Institutions.

Prior to that, as a Senior Associate with Showtime Consulting, I managed zonal operations across Vidarbha, specializing in analyzing regional governance and behavioral patterns while coordinating with local authorities. My tenure as an Analyst at The Ballot House UK provided me with extensive ground-level experience in socio-economic and policy research, where I led field teams for constituency profiling, risk assessments, and stakeholder consultations with government and civil society groups.

My foundational experiences include roles that shaped my understanding of community-led development. As a Research Associate at Virinchi Development Services, I engaged with local bodies to strengthen women and child rights committees.
