Professional Experience:

I am a development professional with over six years of experience in field research, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven program management, dedicated to creating inclusive interventions for marginalized and tribal communities.

In my previous role as a Consultant with Inclusive Minds, I drove insights for policy reforms and program improvements. My work involved developing analytical models to forecast outcomes and evaluate institutional performance to deliver actionable recommendations for strategic planning under the key themes of Social Policy, Research Methods, and Law & Institutions.

Prior to that, as a Senior Associate with Showtime Consulting, I managed zonal operations across Vidarbha, specializing in analyzing regional governance and behavioral patterns while coordinating with local authorities. My tenure as an Analyst at The Ballot House UK provided me with extensive ground-level experience in socio-economic and policy research, where I led field teams for constituency profiling, risk assessments, and stakeholder consultations with government and civil society groups.

My foundational experiences include roles that shaped my understanding of community-led development. As a Research Associate at Virinchi Development Services, I engaged with local bodies to strengthen women and child rights committees. As a Program Officer at the Centre for Learning Resources, I collaborated with government education officers to integrate special STEM projects. I began my career managing academic and administrative operations as a Technical Assistant at DMIETR, where I honed my technical and procedural skills.

Throughout my career, I have consistently leveraged tools like Power BI and Python to support evidence-based decision-making and monitoring, bridging grassroots realities with strategic policy objectives.

Education:

My academic foundation is built upon a Master of Arts in Social Work with a specialization in Dalit and Tribal Studies & Action from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, completed between 2016 and 2018. This rigorous program provided the critical theoretical framework and practical grounding for my career, deeply immersing me in the socio-political dynamics, historical contexts, and contemporary challenges facing marginalized communities in India. It equipped me with the lenses of social justice, policy analysis, and community-centric action that directly inform my professional approach to research, stakeholder engagement, and program design.

Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, which laid the groundwork for my understanding of the social sciences and humanities.

Recognizing the evolving landscape of development work, I have proactively supplemented my formal education with a suite of strategic certifications to enhance my technical and analytical capabilities. This includes Python for Data Science, Microsoft Power BI (PL-300 Certification Prep), and training in Prompt Engineering for AI Applications, which allow me to incorporate data-driven decision-making and leverage modern tools for research and monitoring. Furthermore, I have pursued specialized knowledge in Corporate ESG & Sustainability, Climate Change & Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility (including an ESG Job Simulation with TATA), aligning my skill set with contemporary priorities in the development and corporate sectors. Additional certifications in Public Health Policy & Management and workshops on AI-Powered Reference Management Tools further demonstrate my commitment to continuous, cross-disciplinary learning. This blend of deep thematic expertise from my master's degree and self-driven technical upskilling creates a unique and potent skill set for designing and managing impactful, evidence-based development initiatives.

Affiliations and Achievements:

I received an Unconditional Offer for a Master of Public Policy (2023–25) from the University of Chicago's Harris School, a significant academic achievement.

My leadership roles at TISS Mumbai included serving as the Cyber Secretary for the Student Union, where I was also a member of the Literary Society. I further contributed as an Organizing Committee Member for major events like Quintessence 2016 and the AML Lecture 2016.

To enhance my practical skills, I completed a national-level training on Coastal Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience with the National Institute of Disaster Management and APHRDI.

Professional and character references are available from my previous managers at Virinchi Development Services, The Ballot House UK, and the Centre for Learning Resources.
