Professional Experience:

I am a program and partnerships professional with over two years of experience delivering impact across gender justice, climate action, and monitoring, evaluation & learning (MEL). My work spans program management, donor communications, institutional fundraising support, youth engagement, and large-scale convenings with governments, NGOs, and philanthropic institutions.
At UN Women Headquarters in New York, I served in the Strategic Partnerships Division, coordinating communications and advocacy for 13 National Committees across Europe, Asia, and North America. I authored globally adopted feminist political messaging guidance that strengthened donor engagement and consistency across national committees. I managed the global emergency fund, working closely with Finance to track allocations and contributions, and produced donor-facing reports that balanced accountability with compelling narratives of impact. I also led cause-related marketing campaigns and advised on the rebranding of 13 donor-facing websites, ensuring fundraising platforms were aligned with UN Women’s strategic goals. In addition, I supported high-level convenings such as CSW69 and the HeForShe Gala, coordinating donor engagement and diplomatic participation. These experiences honed my ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive communications and strengthened my skills in managing multi-stakeholder processes across diverse geographies.
At Red Dot Foundation (RDF) in Mumbai, I managed monitoring and evaluation for nine active projects, implementing structured frameworks and reporting systems that improved program efficiency by 25%. A key highlight was the design and execution of the Rainbow Circles Project, a gender and sexuality awareness program implemented across 20 colleges in Maharashtra, reaching 2,000+ students. I created the curriculum, trained facilitators, delivered sessions, and designed pre- and post-surveys to measure program outcomes. This experience allowed me to link MEL frameworks directly with program design, ensuring that evidence translated into learning and continuous improvement. In addition, I organized international forums such as the Feminist Foreign Policy Forum in partnership with the consulates of Spain, France, Canada, and Germany, as well as cultural advocacy events at the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival with European partners. I also represented RDF at global platforms such as the NGO CSW, delivering youth-focused recommendations on gender justice.
Across these roles, I have built a versatile portfolio of skills:
Monitoring & Evaluation: Managing frameworks across multiple projects, designing surveys, conducting pre- and post-assessments, and linking data to program strategy.
Program Design & Delivery: Creating and delivering youth curricula, training facilitators, and scaling gender and sexuality education programs.
Donor Communications & Fundraising Support: Producing appeals, donor briefs, and reports; authoring global guidance documents; supporting institutional fundraising and rebranding.
Stakeholder Engagement & Convenings: Coordinating with consulates, governments, and philanthropic partners; organizing large-scale international forums and conferences.
Research & Advocacy: Producing policy briefs, feminist messaging, and advocacy recommendations that connect grassroots evidence to international policy spaces.
My professional journey has been guided by a strong commitment to gender equality, climate justice, and amplifying marginalized voices. Whether designing youth programs, managing MEL frameworks, or drafting global donor communications, I bring a combination of analytical skills, empathy, and creativity to ensure that programs are impactful and inclusive. Looking forward, I am motivated to continue building expertise in MEL and grassroots engagement, ensuring that evidence and learning strengthen movements for social justice across India and beyond.
