Professional Experience:

I have a diverse work experience spanning two decades in the private, non-profit and art sectors in India, backed by a strong academic background with post-graduate degrees in MBA (India) and a MPA (New York University, USA). My past work experiences have involved extensive program management, managing research projects including grantor relationship and have lead small to mid-sized teams. In the development sector all my roles have involved initiating and leading projects which are new to the industry/space and have required innovative problem solving, substantial outreach efforts and collaborative efforts for their successful implementation. I have also had the opportunity to work with Indian policymakers and government officials and engage in policy dialogues as part of my roles in the development sector as well as in the media industry.
