Professional Experience:
With over 16 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, research, data systems, and large-scale development projects, I have led and managed end-to-end evaluation assignments for international organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, WHO, USAID, USFDA, USEPA, ADB, Gates Foundation, and national/state government bodies across India and South Asia. My work spans diverse sectors including public health, WASH, education, agriculture, energy, and rural development.
My expertise includes designing M&E systems, developing indicators, creating data collection instruments, and implementing baseline, midline, endline, and impact evaluation studies. I have managed large and complex quantitative and qualitative datasets, supervised multi-state survey operations, and ensured strong data quality through systematic audits, validation checks, and governance practices.
I have extensive experience in building and maintaining digital data systems using tools such as ODK, SurveyCTO, CommCare, Kobo, CSPro, mWater, Power BI, STATA, and Python. I have played a key role in developing MIS dashboards, supporting data analytics, and strengthening evidence-based decision-making for programs at scale. My responsibilities also include training partners, NGOs, and field teams on survey tools, M&E frameworks, and data management protocols.
I have contributed to strategy development, stakeholder coordination, and the integration of data systems across projects. A significant achievement includes leading the development, launch, and management of the eNUM digital platform—overseeing application design, vendor coordination, system testing, deployment, and user-focused scaling.
My work demonstrates a strong blend of technical expertise, field experience, analytical capability, and leadership in research and evaluation environments. I bring a deep understanding of program performance measurement, behavior change evaluation, and outcome tracking, coupled with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and ethical data handling.
