Professional Experience:

1. Monitoring and evaluation of routine immunization program in the health systems and community houses in the districts of Malappuram and Palakkad, along with addressing vaccine hesitancy and measles outbreak. Worked along with RCH and DMO officers of both the districts, under the supervision of SRTL and SMO of WHO.
2. Part of WHO NPSN surveillance team as a Rapid Response Consultant for Measles and Rubella Eradication Program, measles outbreak investigation, Polio/ Acute Flaccid Paralysis and other vaccine preventable disease surveillance in both private and public hospitals, as well as in community.
3. Conducted workshops for health workers including medical doctors, JPHNs, ASHAs regarding routine immunisation and Vaccine preventable surveillance.
4. Worked for Antimicrobial Resistance program (KARSAP), policy study of Kerala, with SCTIMST for HISP India.
5. MPH Thesis by qualitative research methodology, using ATLAS.ti software, to study the barriers and facilitators of routine immunization during COVID. Conducted data analysis and graphical outputs using Google Mobility data for COVID quarantine policies.
6. Clinical experience of 4 years, where I could bring more women patients for their concerns of perianal conditions, especially during antenatal and postnatal periods. Worked for school medical camps, where anemia, ENT issues and cardiovascular conditions were identified and referred.
