Professional Experience:

As Principal, I have successfully led a team of 35 teachers and administrative staff, ensuring seamless school operations. My leadership has been marked by a commitment to enhancing academic performance through the implementation of diverse teaching methodologies and by integrating technology-driven solutions for both academic and administrative efficiency. I have also consistently focused on strengthening school-community relations by actively engaging parents and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment crucial for success in any leadership position.
Beyond school administration, my expertise extends to significant contributions in proposal and budget development, securing crucial funding for various educational projects. I have successfully developed technical and financial proposals for organizations like Room to Read, including those focused on career counseling and early literacy. My experience also includes designing baseline assessment proposals and budgets for Educo's sponsored projects, and conducting third-party impact assessments for the HT Parekh Foundation (HDFC Bank). Furthermore, I have a strong track record in coordinating and managing projects with CSR initiatives and private institutions, notably the "Shaikshik Sanvardhan" project funded by IndiGo's CSR.
