I have hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture, currently working as an Agronomist at MYRADA in Bhadrachalam. My role involves implementing Direct Seeded Rice (DSR), Integrated Pest and Nutrient Management (IPNM), and conducting farmer training on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). I’ve led Farmer Field Schools, promoted agroforestry, and conducted financial literacy programs for SHGs. My internship at Coromandel International involved market research on crop protection chemicals. I’ve also worked on agri-finance, distribution analysis, and rural entrepreneurship projects, collaborating with stakeholders to improve farmer livelihoods. My experience blends technical knowledge with community engagement and project execution for impactful field outcomes.
I hold an MBA in Food and Agribusiness Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Nagpur, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture from Agricultural College, Naira. My academic background combines technical knowledge in crop science, pest management, and agri-finance with managerial skills in marketing, project planning, and data analysis. I gained practical exposure through internships with Coromandel International and Canara Bank, and field projects under the READY program.
