Professional Experience:
Conducting internal audits and facilitating third-party audits to ensure
compliance with social standards, such as SA8000 and SMETA 4 Pillar.
• Reporting of Sustainability Data both in company portal as well as Major
brands' own individual portals.
• Implementing Environmental Management System.
• Staying informed about updates in laws and regulations, policy or standard
updates of Brands/customers that may affect the organization, and
updating internal policies and procedures as needed.
• Collecting data and using environmental platform such as Higg FEM for
annual environmental performance reporting.
• Conducting regular audits in Tier -II factories for social and environmental
compliances.Oversee and manage all aspects of factory administration.
• Maintain compliance to industry standards, environmental regulations, and
legal requirements.
• Identification and assessment of workplace risks, taking measures to eliminate
or minimize potential hazards.
• Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive
work environment.
• Engaging training sessions that educate workers about their rights, benefits,
Grievance Redressal Mechanism, social compliance standard, Buyer's code of
conduct and requirements.
• Provide essential support to HR executives, ensuring the accurate maintenance
and updating of the HR database.
• Development and implementation of policies that align with changing global,
regulatory or customer/brand requirements.
