Professional Experience:

Currently, i am working in The Nudge Institute, I serve as an Associate Manager supporting the Ministry of Social Justice and
Empowerment, where I work closely with marginalised groups including Denotified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (DNTs), SC, ST, and other vulnerable populations. I have also worked extensively with Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) in Jharkhand, combining field insights with policy engagement.
Previously, I was posted as a Consultant in the National Project Management and Strategy Unit under the National
Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), I was involved in designing national strategies for ultra-poor households using the graduation approach, integrated with community-based institutions. This model has now been adopted by six states—Meghalaya, West Bengal, Assam, Tripura, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan—where I provided technical assistance through field assessments, proposal writing, budgeting, and implementation reviews.
My grassroots experience includes working with Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) at both district and state levels in the Satat Jeevikoparjan Yojana (SJY), where I contributed from policy formulation to on-ground execution. I also managed a World Bank-supported pilot on maternal and child health.
During my fieldwork, I spent a year working with the Kathkari tribes (a PVTG) in rural Maharashtra.
