Professional Experience:
progressive experience in public health, community development, and donor-funded projects, I have built expertise in program management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement across multiple sectors. My career reflects a consistent record of designing, implementing, and strengthening social sector initiatives in collaboration with government bodies, donors, and civil society organizations.
Currently, as Project Coordinator at Swadhar IDWC (since October 2022), I lead a diverse team of 35 professionals working on multi-dimensional community development projects. I oversee interventions supporting children from infancy through adolescence, including ECCE, education support, adolescent development, and family guidance. My role involves monitoring program quality, coordinating with government departments and non-government stakeholders, managing vendors for nutrition and learning resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. I am responsible for budgeting, planning, reporting, and donor communication, along with ensuring smooth logistics for training, events, and field activities. My leadership ensures timely delivery of activity, financial, and impact reports while maintaining MIS systems for data-driven decision-making.
Previously, at SOSVA Training and Promotion Institute – STAPI (2019–2022), I served in multiple roles, including Project Officer, Project Manager, and Coordinator for Training & Research. I contributed to Project Phoenix and other state-level initiatives, focusing on strengthening community-based organizations, building staff capacities, and developing need-based training modules. I coordinated with national and state-level health agencies such as the National Health Mission (NHM), State Health Systems Resource Centre (SHSRC), FHI 360, AGCA, and NHSRC, ensuring high-quality program delivery. My responsibilities included proposal writing, program monitoring, data management, and documentation of success stories, best practices, and case studies. I played a critical role in building organizational development capacities of CSOs across Pune, Thane, and new project districts, while generating reports that influenced state-level decision-making in health systems strengthening.
In earlier roles, I gained valuable experience in diverse sectors of social development. At Resourceful Education Foundation (2018–2019) as Public Relations Officer, I supported needy students through scholarship programs, skill development workshops, and field verification processes. At SWaCH Pune (2018), I coordinated with waste pickers, government officials, and communities to strengthen solid waste management systems, ensuring both livelihood enhancement and public health outcomes. As Village Project Coordinator with INORA Pune (2017–2018), I managed rural development projects focused on agriculture, livelihood, and community mobilization. These experiences honed my skills in grassroots engagement, participatory planning, and documentation.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, team leadership, and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders—from local communities and volunteers to state-level authorities and international donors. I bring proven strengths in proposal writing, process documentation, MIS reporting, and program evaluation, complemented by technical proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
