Professional Experience:
I am a committed public health professional with 4.4 years of cross-sector experience in program implementation, health systems strengthening, and quality assurance. Currently, I serve as the State Technical Officer for the Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management Project with CInI – Tata Trusts in Dahod, Gujarat. In this role, I lead planning, stakeholder engagement, baseline assessments, capacity building, and Social Behavior Change Communication, research interventions across communities and schools.
Previously, as District Consultant – CPHC in Umaria, Madhya Pradesh, I played a key role in strengthening 12 Comprehensive Primary Healthcare (CPHC) services at the Ayushman Arogya Mandirs. I mentored frontline workers, ensured NHM compliance at Health and Wellness Centres, and drove quality improvement through training, field visits, and data-based decision-making. I also worked extensively with district authorities to support program implementation and advocacy.
I bring robust experience in quality assurance through my work with Medicover Hospitals, CETI (iDefeat TB project), and NHM Madhya Pradesh. I have led NQAS assessments in 20+ facilities, supported NABH 5th Edition audits, and conducted RCA and CAPA across multiple hospitals. I have coordinated internal audits, safety drills, SOP development, and data analytics to ensure continuous quality improvement.
My research experience spans projects on mental health barriers, TB notification using PDSA cycles, and hospital-based studies on patient safety, quality indicators, and service feedback. I’ve co-authored a published paper on TB notification improvement post-COVID-19 and contributed to research translation for program development.
Fluent in Hindi and English, I am open to full-time or consulting opportunities anywhere in India, especially those that align with public health, quality improvement, and research-based program design.
