Seeking the position of City Mission Manager under NUPAM/DAY-NULM to lead self-employment, skill development, and financial inclusion initiatives, ensuring sustainable economic growth for urban poor communities.
• Lead and manage urban livelihood programs, ensuring alignment with DAY- NULM objectives.
• Facilitate the formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), area- level federations, and producer groups.

• Successfully organized mega farmers and SHG convention - 2019 in Rourkela; where more than 1 lakh farmers and women SHG members participated.
• Successfully organized 1st ever “Brahmani River Festival - 2019” in Rourkela. This festival was aimed to make the citizens more connected with art, culture and tribal ethos in order to make the city livelier. Successfully organized the International Exhibition Hockey Match in Rourkela between New South Wales (Australia) and Odisha before Hockey Men’s World Cup 2018 held at Bhubaneswar.
