Professional Experience:
Public Health professional with a total of 8 years of experience, including work with the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi as Fellow and External Consultant in the Quality Improvement Division and as Junior Consultant in the Human Resources for Health/Health Policy & Integrated Planning Division. Currently serving as Project Lead at Plan India, leading the Truckers Wellness Project, with responsibilities spanning program management, stakeholder engagement, donor coordination, and project expansion planning. Also worked as an Internal Assessor for multiple Urban Public Health facilities across different districts in New Delhi. Demonstrated expertise in quality monitoring and assurance, data analysis, partnership facilitation, proposal development, multi-stakeholder coordination, and capacity-building activities in collaboration with ECHO India and other health sector partners.
