Program and Operations Management professional with 9+ years of experience in project implementation, social-impact programs, CSR, stakeholder management, operations and team leadership across the healthcare, education and community development sectors. Experienced in managing projects through the complete implementation lifecycle, from planning and resource coordination to field execution, monitoring, reporting, stakeholder engagement and project closure.
Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple geographies and managed programs involving corporates, NGOs, government stakeholders, educators, volunteers, community teams and internal cross-functional functions. I have led and coordinated multi-location programs across Delhi, Gurugram, Pune, Bengaluru and Meghalaya, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, deliverables and operational requirements are effectively translated into on-ground execution.
In my role as Fundraising Manager at Genesis Foundation, I managed the implementation of CSR-funded healthcare projects, coordinating with program, finance, hospital and corporate stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of beneficiary interventions. My responsibilities included developing implementation plans, maintaining project trackers and timelines, monitoring project progress, identifying implementation gaps, coordinating follow-ups, managing project documentation and preparing program, impact, financial and utilisation reports. I also supported project proposals, budgets, MoUs, approvals and donor reporting requirements while managing corporate relationships and contributing to Rs85 lakh+ in fundraising.
Previously, at ASSOCHAM, I supported multi-stakeholder projects involving government departments, education stakeholders, corporates and community partners.
