• Successfully started poultry producer company from scratch.
• Co-ordinator of dairy intervention in 38 districts of Bihar which included linkage of SHG members of Jeevika to existing DCS of COMFED or set up of new women DCS.
• Responsible for implementation of IDDS Project of Gob in 12 districts.
• Formed more than 150 Goatery Producer groups across Bihar.
• Successfully completed grading of existing Producer groups with support of NRLM.
• Successfully revived defunct Agri Producer Groups under Jeevika.

• Led the operationalization of the company with 350 shareholders, growing to 572 associated artisans.
