Professional Experience:
With over 22 years of experience in public health across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh, I bring a strong track record of leading large-scale health programs, building government partnerships, and implementing innovative digital health solutions.
In my current role as Senior Project Officer – Support to TB Elimination (STEP) at Catholic Relief Services (CRS), I led the implementation of community-based TB elimination efforts in Lucknow. Within just one year, our project contributed to declaring 56 Panchayats TB-free and significantly improved the district’s TB elimination performance. This success led to formal recognition by the state NTEP division and interest in scaling the model to additional districts.
Previously, I played a key role in scaling the ReMiND digital health initiative across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. I coordinated with NHM officials, managed ICT trainings, and provided technical support for the ASHA Sangini mobile app. The initiative was recognized by GoI as a “Good, Replicable Practices and Innovations in Public Health Care Systems” by and featured in NITI Aayog’s Best Practices compendium for its innovation and impact.
I also have extensive experience in nutrition programming through leadership roles in ICDS Systems Strengthening and Nutrition Improvement Project (ISSNIP) and Vitamin A supplementation initiatives, working closely with health and ICDS departments.
My strengths lie in program management, government liaison, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation. I have consistently delivered results by combining field-level insights with strategic planning, and I am passionate about using technology to improve health outcomes at the grassroots level.
