Professional Experience:

I am a legal professional with extensive experience in human rights, intellectual property, and the right to health. I have worked with several human rights organizations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, where I focused on refugee status determination, protection concerns of single women and unaccompanied minors, and issues related to trafficking and migration. My work has included direct counselling of survivors of violence and vulnerable populations.

I have also been actively involved in public health advocacy, including filing patent oppositions on life-saving medicines to support access to affordable healthcare. My experience in intellectual property law spans both legal and strategic aspects, including IP asset valuation and management in the Indian context.
