Professional Experience:
? Humanitarian professional with 24 years experience in emergency response and humanitarian assistance operations across Southern and East Africa, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.
? Led the establishment and management of both short and long term emergency response, food security and livelihoods projects/operations. My humanitarian experience includes delivering assistance to disaster affected vulnerable populations including internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees/returnees and the local population in complex and fragile post-disaster and insecure environments.
? I have strong skills and experience in the management of Operations (support function) units, including supply chain management (SCM), finance, human resources, administration, and information and communications technology (ICT).

Managed relationships with funding agencies of various projects/programs including the United States Government donor agencies (OFDA, USAID, USDA), DFID, various UN agencies, Caritas network and private foundations. Led coordination with host government departments/agencies and partnership with National Caritas agencies.
