I am currently working for Govt. of Odisha in malaria elimination project funded by Global Fund (GFATM). I am PGDM (Hospital & Health Management) post graduate from IIHMR, Delhi and did my under graduation in pharmacy from BIT Mesra, Ranchi. I have almost two years of experience in healthcare industry.
Leading the execution of the National Vector Borne Disease Control Program in Odisha, with a primary focus on driving malaria elimination and initiatives related to filaria control in a district with a significant tribal population.Collaborating with the Government of Odisha to ensure the successful execution programs.Assisted in all technical components of project/programme implementation.Ensured that project/programme guidelines for planning, training, service provision, monitoring, supervision, and surveillance of VBDs were effectively implemented at all levels.Supervised MTS at sub-district level and critically analysed & verified monthly reports submitted by them.Carried out capacity building of MTS, ASHAs, and other healthcare staff during supervisory field visits.
I am a post graduate in Hospital & Healthcare management from IIHMR, Delhi and completed my graduation in pharmacy from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra Ranchi.
