Course Outline:       

This Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) Cycle attempts to be very practical, very simple to use and very effective when it comes to providing nutrition outcomes. It is based on tested models of PLA cycles and puts the community in the centre of the learning and action process. Earlier work of Welthungerhilfe and others in Cambodia and Laos on the approach of Linking Agriculture, Natural Resource Management and Nutrition, which emerged in the last 7 years. After the training, participants will be able to understand basic nutrition concepts and linkages. Moreover, they will be enabled to train facilitators, as well as plan and design the Participatory Learning and Action Cycle to achieve nutrition outcomes in their context
